Job Summary

Perform customer service and export documentation tasks to ensure smooth, timely cargo transactions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate ocean export documentation to support timely cargo shipments
• Coordinate container trucking schedules with shippers and haulier controllers to ensure efficient cargo movement
• Declare customs permits to comply with regulatory requirements (optional task)
• Create simple sales quotations via email to support customer inquiries when necessary
• Communicate effectively in Mandarin via WeChat with China business partners to facilitate coordination and information exchange
