Job RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform deployment/ implementation, support, and maintenance for Wired and Wireless networking products, Network security products
• Responsible for POC planning, preparation, installation, configuration, & testing
• Cooperate with the Sales Team to complete product and service delivery and ensure delivery quality
• Participate in customer site survey, Technical Proposal, solution and network design, handover documentation, and UAT
• Provide support to maintain and meet all customer service level agreements (SLA)
• Provide solution to reported issues, support, trouble shooting, bugs and enhancement

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Required skill(s): Switching & Routing, Wired & Wireless Networking, Network Security, Competitive Analysis and Troubleshooting
• Experience of supporting the following technologies: Aruba, Ruckus, Trend Micro, Fortinet and/or Sangfor is added advantage
• Have good knowledge and experience in Enterprise Networking, Wireless products, Security Products, SDWAN, Firewall, HCI, VDI, and/or Virtualization
• Solid understanding of Network Routing and Switching, Wireless, DNS, Firewall, WAF, IPSEC, Load Balancer, APT, IPS, IDS and/or VPN
• Must be able to travel when required
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
• At least 3 years (s) of working experience in the related field
• Candidate must possess with driving license and own transport (CAR)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,350.00 - RM7,300.00 per month
