Job Description

This role manages office improvement and relocation projects, including coordination with consultants and contractors, project governance, change management, and the use of digital tools to improve efficiency, compliance and employee engagement.

• Plan and deliver office renovation, improvement, and relocation project to create a collaborative workplace community with sustainability and inclusivity principles integrated into workplace design
• Coordinate design development, tendering, and appointment of consultants and contractors
• Develop and maintain project governance frameworks, templates, and approval processes
• Manage and prepare project schedules, budgets, progress claims, cost reports, progress summaries, and variation approvals
• Ensure contractual compliance, consultant/contractor performance monitoring and coordinate project audits
• Lead and conceptualise change management and communication strategies and experience for relocations and new workplace setups
Conduct engagement sessions, briefings, and workplace feedback surveys

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Project Management, Real Estate, Engineering, Business or related field with at least 3 years of experience in office projects, workplace transformation and/or facilities management
• Proven track record in end-to-end project delivery from planning and initiation to handover and completion
• Experience supporting change management and stakeholder engagement during workplace transitions
• Familiarity with digital tools, AI-enabled solutions and data analytics will be an advantage
• Proactive, adaptable and able to drive outcomes independently in a dynamic environment
• Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple project timelines and deliverables
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas into clear and engaging visuals
• Digitally savvy and comfortable adopting new tools, platforms and applications
