Job Scope

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and engineering sectors.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, developers, consultants and business partners.

• Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals and presentations to prospective clients.

• Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation through negotiation and closing.

• Work closely with project and technical teams to understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and industry developments.

• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports and customer records.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Construction, Engineering or a related discipline.

• Minimum 2 years of sales/business development experience, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.

• Strong understanding of construction products, services or project-based solutions.

• Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets.

• Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

• Strong network within the construction, property or engineering sectors will be an advantage.

• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
