About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organised Marketing Associate to support our marketing and product initiatives in the home appliances business.

You will work closely with the Marketing Manager, regional HQ, sales team, agencies, suppliers and retail partners to support product launches, marketing campaigns, retail promotions and brand-building activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support new product launches and coordinate go-to-market activities.
• Liaise with HQ on product information, marketing assets, launch schedules and product updates.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital, social media, retail and in-store channels.
• Coordinate with agencies, suppliers and retail partners on marketing materials and promotional activities.
• Prepare product presentations, catalogues, brochures, sales tools and other marketing materials.
• Support retail promotions, events, product demonstrations and training activities.
• Conduct competitor and market research and monitor industry trends.
• Track marketing activities and assist with campaign performance reports.
• Assist with marketing administration, including budgets, purchase orders, invoices and project coordination.
• Provide general support to the Marketing Manager on ongoing marketing initiatives.

About You

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in consumer electronics, home appliances, FMCG or retail.
• Experience in product launches, retail marketing or campaign execution is an advantage.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with good attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple tasks, projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Mandarin is an advantage for liaising with regional HQ and suppliers.
• Proactive, hands-on and willing to learn.
