Job description

• Maintenance & Work Planning – Carry out daily maintenance and assigned tasks.
• Electrical System – Monitor electrical consumption, meters, lighting, tenant power supply, fans and electrical equipment.
• Air-Conditioning System – Inspect and maintain cooling towers, chillers, AHU, air-conditioning units, air curtains and related systems.
• Plumbing & Sanitary – Monitor water meters, water tanks, toilets, grease traps, manholes, chambers and WSTP.
• Fire Fighting System – Conduct checks and follow up on fire-fighting system maintenance with appointed contractors/consultants.
• Facilities – Maintain customer trolleys and assist with CCTV checking/troubleshooting.
• Reporting – Maintain log books, MRFs and internal job requests.
• Other Duties – Carry out ad hoc tasks assigned by HOD/MM and provide daily work progress updates.

Requirements

• Certificate holders of SKM Level 2/3, PW2 @ PW4, Wireman / Aircond, or any related field
• Knowledge in building maintenance
• Fresh Graduates / Less than one year of experience are encouraged to apply
