Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant and ensuring smooth and efficient service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage and supervise daily restaurant operations.
• Lead, train and schedule restaurant service staff.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and service recovery.
• Monitor restaurant sales, operating costs and staff productivity.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage reservations, table arrangements and customer flow.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate ordering of restaurant supplies.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and workplace safety requirements.
• Assist management with sales strategies and operational improvements.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain restaurant records.
• Support promotional activities and restaurant events.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant restaurant/F&B experience.
• Previous supervisory or restaurant management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
