1. Accounting & Financial Duties
- Bookkeeping: Maintain full sets of accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL).
- Invoicing & Payments: Issue invoices, receipts, debit/credit notes, and follow up with clients on outstanding payments (debt collection).
- Expense Management: Process staff petty cash claims, verify supplier invoices, and prepare payment vouchers or cheques.
- Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations and verify accounting data against financial statements.
- Tax & Compliance: Assist in preparing documents for SST (Sales and Service Tax), corporate tax filing, and annual financial audits.
2. Administrative & Operations Duties
- Office Management: Manage office utilities, order stationary/pantry supplies, and oversee general office maintenance.
- Documentation: Maintain an organized physical and digital filing system for corporate secretarial documents, contracts, and letters.
- Data Entry & Correspondence: Answer phone calls, reply to company emails, and handle incoming and outgoing couriers or mail.
- Meeting Support: Schedule appointments, arrange meeting rooms, and occasionally take minutes of meetings.
3. Human Resources (HR) Support (Often required in SMEs)
- Payroll Processing: Calculate monthly staff salaries, allowances, overtimes, and claims.
- Statutory Contributions: Process monthly deductions and submissions for EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB (MTD).
- Leave Tracking: Monitor and record staff annual leave, medical leave, and attendance.
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
