Responsibilities
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Takecharge of outlet cleaning and set-up to prepare for operations
Offer prompt, friendlyand efficient service to all guests
Ensure tables,flooring, station cleanliness before and during operations
Drinks ordering, billpayment settling, tables maintenance, service follow-up and bottle service forall guest
Receives cash from guests, makes change,verifies validity of charges, records charges and ensures vouchers are properlyexecuted
Orientation& buddy system for newly join staff
Responsiblefor outlet closing and cleaning
Updateguests about current and upcoming promotions
Attend to guests’ needs and enquiries promptly
