Job Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming electronic components, PCB, mechanical parts, packaging materials, and other materials.
• Check materials according to specifications, samples, BOM, drawings, and inspection standards.
• Check part number, quantity, labeling, appearance, packaging, and material condition.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspection of incoming materials.
• Inspect electronic components using microscope, magnifier, vernier caliper, multimeter, or other inspection tools when required.
• Record incoming inspection results accurately.
• Identify and segregate rejected or non-conforming materials.
• Report material defects to the QC Leader/Supervisor.
• Prepare or assist in preparing material rejection/NCR records.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Procurement, Production, and Engineering regarding material issues.
• Follow up on rejected materials and replacement materials.
• Maintain IQC records and inspection documents.
• Ensure proper handling and identification of inspected materials.
• Follow ESD and safety requirements.

Requirements

• SPM / secondary school or equivalent.
• Experience in electronic manufacturing, SMT, PCBA, warehouse inspection, or QC is an advantage.
• Fresh candidates may be considered.
• Basic knowledge of electronic components is an advantage.
• Able to use basic measuring/inspection tools.
• Good attention to detail and eyesight.
• Able to read simple work instructions and inspection criteria.
• Basic computer skills for recording inspection results.
• Responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn.
• Willing to work overtime or shifts when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
