Our client, a global leader in the HVAC industry, is currently seeking a highly engaged service technician, skilled in the mechanical field.

Responsibilities:

• Travel to customer sites to perform repairs, troubleshooting, and maintenance of commercial and industrial dehumidification equipment
• Diagnose and correct malfunctions on all equipment, ensuring efficient and reliable operation
• Provide training to customers on standard equipment, helping them understand basic operations and maintenance procedures
• Submit detailed field service reports, providing technical feedback on equipment performance and service activities
• Communicate professionally with customers in a service-oriented manner, both in person and through writing and phone calls
• Promote sales and service of the equipment during customer interactions, identifying potential opportunities for upgrades and additional services
• Support emergency service calls and onsite visits outside normal working hours when required

Requirements:

• NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC equipment maintenance and repair
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Expected to support emergency service calls and onsite visits outside normal working hours when required.
• Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence (added advantage)
• Knowledge of BMS System and HVAC Control systems (preferred)
