JOB DESCRIPTION

Your key responsibilities will include:

· Inviting & securing industry leaders & experts to speak pro-bono at our conferences

· Negotiating with speakers on travel & hotel arrangement

· Effectively manage speakers upon confirmation till the day of the conference

· Managing production budgets to maximize event success and profitability

· Ensuring event production is completed within the given time frames

· Conducting event briefs to sales department

· Researching new conference/topic areas

· Providing ideas on new technology trends in the relevant market/industry

· Content writing of conference marketing collateral

· Working together with operations staff to effectively manage event (from handover to event day)

· Travelling and running the conference on-site

What you will need to succeed:

· Ability to think logically, critically & creatively

· Report and official document writing

· Presentation to management

· A good command of MS Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook

· The ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision

· Being able to build robust relationships with diverse stakeholders

· Ability to communicate effectively & confidently

· A positive and can-do attitude

· Inter-department coordination between sales and operations departments to maximize event success

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree qualification (preferred)

· Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply

· Excellent command of English

· Willing to travel internationally
