## Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven **Sales Supervisor** to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day sales activities, supporting the sales team, developing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to overall business growth.

The ideal candidate should have good communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to guide team members and work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.

## Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the sales team.
  • Support and guide sales staff in achieving individual and team sales targets.
  • Identify and develop new business and sales opportunities.
  • Generate leads through calls, customer meetings, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Present products and services to customers and explain their features and benefits effectively.
  • Monitor monthly and quarterly sales targets and team performance.
  • Assist team members with customer inquiries, negotiations, and closing sales.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, sales reports, and other required documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain accurate customer and sales records.
  • Handle customer concerns and assist in resolving sales-related issues.
  • Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
  • Provide regular sales updates and performance reports to management.
  • Assist in training, coaching, and supporting new and existing sales team members.
  • Ensure the sales team follows company policies, procedures, and service standards.
## Requirements

  • **Minimum secondary/high school education, vocational qualification, diploma, or equivalent. A university degree is not mandatory.**
  • Minimum **3 years of relevant sales, business development, customer service, or client relationship experience**.
  • Previous experience in supervising, coordinating, or leading a sales team is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently.
  • Ability to supervise, motivate, and support team members.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with good problem-solving skills.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple customers, tasks, and priorities.
  • Basic proficiency in **MS Office** and familiarity with CRM or customer-management systems.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
