Responsibilities
Our client is an established organisation in the Warehousing and Supply Chain Solutions industry. Due to their current business expansion, they are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join their team and support their growing operations. They are located in the West Central area.
Job Responsibilities:
Support the planning and implementation of operational projects.
Coordinate with different departments to support project activities.
Liaise with customers and suppliers when required.
Support the team in monitoring daily operations and project progress.
Follow up on project tasks, timelines and outstanding issues.
Assist in identifying operational issues and areas for improvement.
Prepare simple project schedules, updates and relevant documents.
Assist with collecting and organising operational data and reports.
Assist in preparing updates and reports for internal stakeholders.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum ITE/Diploma in Operations/Logistics Management, or equivalent.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Basic knowledge of logistics or warehouse operations is an advantage.
Willing to travel between different work sites when required.
