Responsibilities

that is actively looking into new cutting-edge technologies and innovative solutions in the industry.
Responsibilities
Conduct daily on-site assessments to plan schedule, and execute cleaning operations, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and operational benchmarks
Manage and lead a team of Supervisors, Team Leaders, and Cleaners to deliver high-quality cleaning services within budget constraints and performance KPIs
Serve as the primary point of contact for service requests and customer feedback, driving continuous improvement in service levels and performance standards
Apply knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) standards to maintain compliance and promote a safe working environment.
Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness in cleaning processes.
Communicate professionally via email and other hannels to coordinate tasks and report on service outcomes.
Demonstrate autonomy by managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with a positive and responsible work attitude.
Utilize PC and smart device proficiency to support operational management and reporting.
Required competencies and certifications
Valid Class 3 Driving License
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Degree or Diploma in a relevant field
Minimum 2 years of related working experience in the cleaning industry
Salary commensurate with experience.
