In this role, you will collaborate with teammates to design, write, and align engaging, brand-compliant digital assets for customer lifecycle campaigns while staying on top of market trends to drive campaign performance.
The Day-To-Day Activities
- You will partner with teammates to test and build campaign assets for customer lifecycle journey, including onboarding, engagement, monetization, go-to-market campaigns, loyalty & retention that will have a positive impact on campaign performance.
- You will assist in creating visually appealing digital campaign materials, such as app & web banners and EDMs
- Ensure campaign materials are aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
- Copywriting campaign messaging and content to target customer segments for call to action
- Research & share ideas on current market development &trends
- Existing students pursuing a degree in Advertising, Graphic Design, Marketing Communication or related fields
- Competent in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or other graphic design software
- Able to adapt and thrive in a fast-changing work environment
- Good communication and writing skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English
