Job Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquires including quotations, order status. and delivery schedule promptly.
• Collaborate effectively with various departments to ensure customer needs are met seamlessly.
• Monitor and follow up on sales order, shipments, and payment statuses to ensure timely and accurate processing
• Update the Production Checklist (Outstanding Order List) and coordinate with production for the preparation of Production Requests Lists to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Provide efficient and independent administrative support to the Sales team.
• Work with the Accounts department on new customer registration and monitor payment statuses for incoming payments
• To assist in any ad-hoc duties by the Superior from time to time

Qualifications

• Candidate must posses at least a Diploma or Degree in any relevant certificate.
• Minimum of 3 years of working experience in related field.
• Good communication and analytical skills, coupled with the ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work.
• Proficient in computer skills, with a strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
• Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
