Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 / AS/EN 9100 requirements.
• Lead internal, customer and third-party audits.
• Manage NCR, CAR, corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure products meet customer requirements, drawings and specifications.
• Monitor incoming, in-process and outgoing quality inspection.
• Handle customer complaints and drive effective corrective actions.
• Review and improve Quality procedures, work instructions and documents.
• Lead and develop the Quality Assurance & Quality Control team.
• Drive continuous quality improvement and reduce customer complaints.
• Act as the company’s Quality Management Representative (QMR).

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Manufacturing.
• 5 years of experience in Quality / QA / QC.
• Experience in a leadership or managerial role.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS/EN 9100.
• Good understanding of technical drawings and GD&T.
• Knowledge of CNC machining/manufacturing.
• CMM / PC-DMIS knowledge is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English & Mandarin.
• Computer literate and good problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, organized, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
