KGiSL Hiring! Full Time Business Analyst in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

The Business Analyst resources will be embedded within the project team and will be responsible for 

delivering assigned products and modules from requirements gathering through implementation and post

deployment support.  

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

• Lead/facilitate requirements gathering, business workshops, and stakeholder discussions with Business 

Units, Technology teams, vendors, and System Integrators (SI). 

• Analyse, document, review, and validate business and functional requirements, including preparation 

and review of Functional Specification Documents (FSD), Requirement Specification Documents (RSD), 

user stories, process flows, business rules, and other project artefacts. 

• Work closely with Business Units and implementation partner to ensure requirements are accurately 

translated into solution designs and delivered in accordance with business expectations. 

• Support end-to-end delivery of assigned products/modules, including requirements, build clarification, 

testing support, deployment activities, and post-implementation stabilization. 

• Coordinate and manage requirement traceability, scope changes, issues, risks, assumptions, and 

dependencies throughout the project lifecycle. 

• Work closely with the Test Manager(s) and testing team to support SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect 

triage, defect resolution, and business sign-off activities. 

• Support solution reviews, integration discussions, deployment planning, business readiness, and change 

management activities. 

• Support deployment activities during approved change windows, including weekends, public holidays, 

after-office hours, and overnight deployments where required by the project. 

• Provide post-deployment support, hypercare assistance, and stabilization activities following 

implementation. 

• Perform any other project-related activities reasonably required to ensure successful end-to-end delivery 

of the assigned products or workstreams.
