Responsibilities
Cashiering Duties
Transaction Management: Handle daily cash, preparation, and packing for bank deposits
Invoicing & Receipts: Issue accurate receipts, invoices, and necessary payment documentation to customers.
Cash Reconciliation: Balance th cash register at the end of each day and perform bank deposits if required.
Discrepancy Reporting: Identify and report any cash shortages, overages, or technical payment system issues immediately to the supervisor.
Coin Exchange: Arrange coin exchange with clients.
Administrative Duties
Data Entry & Documentation: Record sales data, update internal database, and maintain accurate filling system.
Office & Stock Inventory: Monitor and record warehouse stock inventory.
Basic Bookkeeping: Assist the finance or management team with basic accounting entries and petty cash report
Ad-hoc Tasks: Perform miscellaneous administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor manager
Requirements
No experience required as training will be provided
Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic computer software, specifically Miscrosoft Office (Word, Excel)
5 days work (8.30a.m. - 5.30a.m.)

As a full service vending operator, we are not restricted to any one supplier, and can vend any brand of food and beverage to meet customer needs.
