Responsibilities
Prepare, sort and scan hardcopy documents using high-speed scanners, ensuring accurate and complete digital records.
Perform data entry, quality checks and rework to meet accuracy and SLA requirements.
Organize, restore and retrieve physical documents/archive boxes while maintaining proper records.
Work with the team to resolve issues and ensure smooth service delivery.
