Responsibilities
Job Summary
You will perform service and maintenance on chillers both on-site and in-house, respond promptly to client calls, and complete assigned service tasks. Training opportunities include sessions at HQ in Germany or subsidiary offices, with overseas travel and allowances.
Responsibilities
Perform service and maintenance on chillers at client sites or in-house to ensure equipment functionality
Respond promptly and professionally to client service calls to address issues and provide solutions
Complete all assigned service tasks accurately and efficiently as directed by supervisors
Carry out ad hoc duties assigned by Manager or Supervisor to support team operations
Participate actively in training programs at HQ Germany, subsidiary offices, or on-the-job to enhance technical skills
Travel overseas may require for work assignments, managing tasks effectively while on assignment
Required competencies and certifications
Possess basic refrigeration or electrical knowledge to perform maintenance and repair tasks
Hold at least an ITE Certificate in Electrical, Electronic, or an equivalent qualification
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, showing willingness to learn and develop skills
