As part of the contractual obligations, the client expects the team to follow certain policy guidelines, meet stringent TAT, Productivity and a minimum monthly average quality requirement of 99%. Educational Requirement
Graduate or Diploma (Preferably in Finance/ Commerce) Relevant Experience and Minimum # of Years/ Months Core Competencies
Excellent written, reading & spoken communications skills in Required Language
Good Cognitive, Logical & Analytical skills
Understanding of the social space (trends, influencers, engagement, things to be cautious of etc.)
Excellent analytical and research skills
Quick learning and understanding of complex processes
Experience with Payments Fraud & Risk (or similar programs) Internet Savvy

Ability to manage critical situations with minimum supervision
