* Handle customer enquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp and other communication channels.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

* Prepare and submit quotations, proposals and product information.

* Conduct follow-up calls and communication to improve quotation conversion.

* Support outdoor sales team with customer enquiries and quotations.

* Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective customers for sales appointments, product demo or proposal.

* Process customer purchase orders and sales orders accurately.

* Prepare sales documents, quotations, order confirmations and invoices where required.

* Check product availability, pricing, lead time and delivery requirements with HQ.

* Monitor order status and update customers on delivery schedules.

* Follow up on backorders, pending deliveries and outstanding orders.

* Maintain accurate customer, quotation and sales records.

* Update CRM systems and PO record.

* Maintain proper filing of quotations, purchase orders and related sales documents.

* Handle basic customer complaints and coordinate resolution with the relevant department.

* Ensure customer requests are communicated clearly and followed through to completion.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• B2B sales: 1 year (Required)
