a. Manage and coordinate all site works among the owner, architect, consultants, clerk of works, builders, M&E contractors, subcontractors and other trades, including meetings, site walks and inspections.

b. Handle material ordering, monitor delivery schedules, site control, safety compliance and overall project schedules.

c. Monitor installation standards and workmanship; update site drawings for the office drafter and submit fortnightly progress reports with site photographs.

d. Prepare and monitor progress claims and variation orders; respond to all project-related calls, messages and WhatsApp groups, and handle all site issues.

e. Conduct testing, final inspections and project handover, including checklists, as-built drawings and operation manuals; follow up and resolve all defects.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
