Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and basic network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain PCs, laptops, operating systems, and applications.
• Perform hardware troubleshooting, replacement, and basic maintenance.
• Support users with IT-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Assist with device setup, deployment, and IT asset management.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the relevant support team when required.
• Maintain proper documentation of incidents and service requests.

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in Desktop / IT Support / Service Desk.
• Strong hands-on experience supporting PCs and laptops.
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, hardware, software, and troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of networking and IT peripherals.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fresh graduates with relevant IT knowledge or internship experience are welcome.
