Role Summary

The Marketing Executive is responsible for executing and supporting marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and support the organization's growth. This role assists in digital marketing, public relations (PR), corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, campaign execution, content development, and marketing analytics to ensure effective brand communication and engagement.

Job Descriptions

1. Digital Marketing

• Manage and update the organization's social media platforms, including content scheduling and audience engagement.
• Execute digital advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, xiaohongshu, etc.) under the guidance of the reporting superior.
• Support the implementation of SEO/SEM initiatives to improve online visibility.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic analytics reports.

2. Public Relations (PR) & Communications

• Assist in coordinating with PR agencies, media partners, and external stakeholders.
• Support the preparation of media kits, official announcements, and publicity materials.
• Coordinate media arrangements for events, campaigns, and institutional milestones.
• Monitor media coverage and public sentiment relating to the organization.
• Assist in communication activities during crisis or issue management when required.

3. Marketing Planning & Research

• Support the implementation of marketing plans and promotional activities aligned with organizational objectives.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer trend monitoring.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing initiatives.

4. Campaign Management

• Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Coordinate campaign timelines and ensure marketing deliverables are completed as scheduled.
• Work closely with the Sales, Academic, and Creative teams to support programme launches and promotional activities.
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimization opportunities.

5. Content Development & Branding

• Develop marketing materials, including copywriting, brochures, social media content, visuals, and videos.
• Ensure all marketing materials comply with the organization's branding guidelines.
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and external agencies to produce marketing collateral.

6. Lead Generation & Marketing Support

• Support lead generation initiatives through digital marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain and update CRM systems and marketing databases where applicable.
• Assist in improving lead conversion through targeted marketing activities.

7. Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination

• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
• Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, printers, and media partners.
• Follow up on campaign deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time.

8. Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare periodic reports on marketing campaign performance and digital analytics.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness, engagement, and lead generation performance.
• Recommend improvements based on campaign insights and performance data.
