We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations and drive efficiency, productivity and inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the overall warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory, picking, packing, loading and dispatch.
• Develop and implement warehouse strategies, procedures and operational standards.
• Lead, coach and develop the warehouse team through effective manpower planning and performance management.
• Establish and monitor warehouse KPIs to drive productivity, accuracy and service quality.
• Oversee inventory control, stock reconciliation and investigation of discrepancies.
• Optimize warehouse layout, storage capacity and material flow.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, company policies and operational procedures.
• Oversee the safe operation and maintenance of forklifts and material-handling equipment.
• Work closely with Procurement, Production, Logistics and other departments to ensure smooth and timely material movement.
• Monitor warehouse costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce wastage.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices across warehouse operations.
• Prepare and present warehouse performance and operational reports to Management.

Requirement

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant warehouse/logistics experience, with managerial or leadership experience.
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.
• Excellent planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse systems and logistics processes.
• Experience with WMS/ERP systems is an advantage.
• Forklift competency/license is an added advantage.
• Results-driven, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong commitment to safety, efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Immediate availability is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
