About your role

As a Manager, HRBP, you will serve as a strategic partner to business unit leaders in Malaysia. You will align people strategies with business objectives, drive organization design, and cultivate a high-performance culture across our dynamic automotive-tech ecosystem.

  • Partner closely with business leaders and functional heads to execute HR strategies that support business growth and operational goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to line managers on talent management, performance evaluation, leadership development, and succession planning.
  • Diagnose organizational needs and lead change management initiatives across assigned business units.
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives to foster a positive and collaborative workplace.
  • Manage employee relations matters, ensuring full compliance with local employment laws and internal HR policies.
  • Leverage HR metrics and workforce analytics to identify trends, derive actionable insights, and inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with Regional HR, Talent Acquisition, L&D, and HR Operations teams to deliver seamless HR programs.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6 to 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years as an HRBP (preferably in technology, e-commerce, automotive, or fast-paced startup environments).
  • Deep understanding of the Malaysia Employment Act and local statutory labor regulations.
  • Demonstrated track record of operating effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed organizational structure.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Data-driven and analytical approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • High adaptability, resilience, and a hands-on execution mindset.
