Safety Coordinator –

We are seeking a Safety Coordinator to support the implementation and monitoring of workplace health and safety on the EV Project, ensuring site activities comply with Singapore WSH legislation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify hazards
• Monitor compliance with RA, SWP, Method Statements and PTW requirements
• Conduct Toolbox Meetings, safety briefings and inductions
• Verify workers' training, competency, PPE and certifications
• Oversee high-risk activities (Work at Height, electrical, hot works, etc.)
• Maintain housekeeping, signage, barricading and emergency arrangements
• Follow up on safety observations and non-conformances
• Assist with incident reporting and investigations
• Maintain HSE records and documentation
• Liaise with subcontractors and site personnel on safety matters
• Support emergency drills and audits

Requirements

• Relevant WSH/Safety qualification (BCSS & MWAH)
• Valid WSQ Advanced Certificate in WSH (Level B)
• Experience in construction, electrical or EV charging projects
• Working knowledge of Singapore WSH legislation
• Good communication skills; able to work independently on-site
• Outdoor site work
