Position Title: Electrical Maintenance Technician
Working Location: Tampines
Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + OT + Medical & Dental benefits
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Replace and maintain lighting components, including tubes, bulbs, and related equipment.
Conduct routine electrical and lighting inspections and perform basic troubleshooting and repairs.
Monitor equipment through the system platform and respond to faults, alerts, and offline devices.
Maintain maintenance records and photographic documentation where required.
Assist with contractor coordination, installation monitoring, and site inspections.
Ensure safe, clean, and organised work areas and report any issues promptly.
Perform other maintenance and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Electrical, E&E, Building Services, or related fields.
Relevant lighting, electrical, facilities, or equipment maintenance experience is an advantage.
Basic electrical and lighting knowledge with familiarity with digital maintenance platforms/apps.
Willing to work across different project/site locations.
