URGENT HIRING – CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EXECUTIVE (SEPT INTAKE)
Location: Medini, Iskandar Puteri
Salary: RM 2,100 – 2,800
Language Required: Bahasa Malaysia & English
Working Hours: Rotational Shift 8am -9pm (6 days per week)
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via call and email
- Resolve complaints professionally and efficiently
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM
- Able to communicate well in BM & English
- Willing to work rotational shift (6 working days)
