Key Role

Assist the Marketing team in executing online and offline marketing activities, preparing marketing materials, managing content, and providing day-to-day support to ensure the company’s marketing activities are carried out smoothly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing marketing materials such as posters, copywriting, captions, short videos, and daily content.
• Manage and maintain social media posting schedules across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Support the development of content ideas and brainstorming sessions for marketing campaigns.
• Prepare marketing campaign performance reports and social media analytics.
• Assist in managing customer databases, CRM, and WhatsApp/Telegram broadcasts.
• Support marketing events and activities such as photoshoots, live launches, roadshows, and sales campaigns.
• Liaise with vendors such as printing suppliers, runners, influencers, and media partners when required.
• Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with relevant marketing experience will be an advantage.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, and content creation.
• Good writing and communication skills, especially in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Able to write simple and engaging captions, copywriting, and marketing content.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or other content creation tools is an advantage.
• Creative, proactive, and willing to contribute ideas for content and marketing campaigns.
• Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and supporting marketing activities or events when required.

Job Type: Full-time
