Job Summary We are seeking an analytical, detail-oriented, and highly technical Web Developer to join our technology and engineering team. In this critical role, you will be the core technical owner responsible for designing, building, testing, and optimizing responsive front-end interfaces and secure back-end web solutions. Operating across full-stack applications, you will bridge the gap between UI/UX designers, data engineering squads, and front-office product desks to turn complex business requirements into high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will combine systematic backend architecture logic with clean coding practices to build high-performance data tracks, minimize system latencies, and maintain absolute application security.

Key Responsibilities

• Web Architecture & Application Design: Design, write, configure, and deploy clean, scalable, and responsive web systems and custom web application frameworks.
• Front-End Integration: Partner closely with UI/UX design teams to translate interactive design wireframes into functional, accessible web pages using robust layouts.
• Back-End Connectivity: Connect, integrate, and maintain relational databases and custom API endpoints to ensure a seamless data flow between databases and front-end architectures.
• Testing & Optimization: Conduct rigorous functional testing across multiple web applications, locate deployment dependencies, and execute speed optimization routines to maximize page speeds and user retention.
• Troubleshooting & System Diagnostics: Monitor active system execution logs for latency risks, database synchronization errors, or integration drops, debugging software bugs promptly to preserve application uptime.
• Technical Documentation Control: Author and maintain precise systems architecture maps, version control repositories, and written deployment checklists for internal engineering audits.
• Data Governance & Compliance: Enforce strict data security standards across all web portals, ensuring that user access controls, dynamic forms data collection, and pipeline routing strictly comply with corporate policy and the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

Requirements

• Education: Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related quantitative technical STEM field.
• Technical Stack: Deep engineering knowledge of core web languages (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript). Strong command of modern JavaScript frameworks (such as React, Vue.js, or Angular) and backend environments (Node.js, Python, or PHP). Deep relational database querying logic using SQL is essential.
• Tools & Methodologies: Proven familiarity with version control repositories (Git), responsive frameworks, and web tracking mechanisms. A solid understanding of agile sprint frameworks and API protocols (RESTful APIs) is required.
• Experience: Prior hands-on experience (2–5 years) as a Web Developer, Front-End Engineer, or Full-Stack Developer—preferably within an enterprise SaaS provider, technology consultancy, or fast-growing digital platform hub—is required.
• Core Competencies: Exceptional structural logic, sharp analytical diagnostic skills under tight deployment sprints, intense attention to detail, and a collaborative team-player mindset.

Pay: $7,500.00 - $8,600.00 per month
