Kelayakan/Qualification:

• Candidate should possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Food Technology/Food Science/ Food Studies
• Preferably with at least 1-2 years of working experience in Quality Assurance / Control or equivalent in F&B sector
• Experienced in handling audit HACCP & HALAL, Good knowledge in HACCP requirements and implementation, good communication skills, excellent in problem-solving & able to work independently

Tanggungjawab/Responsibilities:

• This detail-oriented professional is responsible for the development and implementation of inspection activities, the detection and resolution of problems, and the delivery of satisfactory outcomes.
• Analyze and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements
• Checking of daily production flow, hygiene and quality.
• Develop, update and uphold company GMP procedures to ensure food quality and safety standards are maintained at all times
• Control of all quality, R&D and Product Specification documentation
• Monitor risk-management procedures, maintain and analyse problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to management and product development
