About Our Client

Job Description

  • Ensure compliance with export control and sanction regulations in all business operations.
  • Manage and review export-related documentation for accuracy and adherence to legal requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to implement export control policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance on export compliance issues and address regulatory concerns.
  • Monitor changes in export control and sanction laws, ensuring the company remains compliant.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for export activities.
  • Prepare and deliver training on export control and sanctions for relevant teams.
  • Communicate with stakeholders in Mandarin to facilitate efficient export processes.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Specialist Export Control & Sanction Should Have

  • Proficiency in English for effective communication.
  • Strong understanding of export control and sanction regulations within the Industrial / Manufacturing industry.
  • Experience in managing export documentation and compliance processes.
  • Ability to conduct risk assessments and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills to handle regulatory requirements effectively.
  • Capability to provide training and guidance on export compliance polici
