Roles & Responsibilities:
Change Strategy & Planning
- Build and drive a robust change management plan that supports the project's goals and timelines.
- Carry out impact assessments to evaluate how people, processes, and systems will be affected.
- Work with project leadership to shape the overall change vision and objectives.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Map out stakeholders and design tailored engagement approaches for each group.
- Build and sustain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders to gain executive backing and support.
Communication & Training
- Plan and roll out communication initiatives such as newsletters, town halls, and FAQ sessions.
- Lead training needs assessments, and organize and deliver training through e-learning, workshops, and coaching.
Team Management & Leadership
- Guide and mentor the team to drive effective change management outcomes.
- Oversee the full portfolio of ongoing change initiatives, ensuring they stay strategically aligned with optimal use of resources.
Resistance Management & Adoption
- Pinpoint areas of resistance and craft strategies to address them.
- Develop strong partnerships at the business unit level to drive local adoption.
Post-Implementation Support & Continuous Improvement
- Track adoption metrics and gather user feedback.
- Run post-implementation reviews and embed ongoing improvement practices.
- Take ownership of the change management playbook, continually refining it to reflect best practices and evolving business needs.
Minimum Requirements:
Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; Prosci or similar certification preferred.
Experience
- 7–10 years in change management, or a combination with consulting and transformation experience.
- Background in large-scale finance system implementation projects.
- Hands-on experience with stakeholder analysis, readiness assessments, and change performance indicators.
- Track record presenting to senior and large stakeholder groups, along with delivering training sessions.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Experience within insurance or asset management industries is an advantage.

- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Working knowledge of finance systems and processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
