Join a government-related project supporting the retrieval, verification, and entry of land-sale information into existing and developing databases.

Nearest MRT: Novena (Central Region)
Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 6:00pm, Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
Salary: $15/hour
Contract Duration: 12-months

Key Responsibilities

• Retrieve and compile information to support the development of a baseline database.
• Verify data and supporting information for accuracy and completeness.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate database records.
• Review information and identify discrepancies or issues requiring follow-up.
• Use Microsoft Office and relevant internal systems to manage and process information.
• Provide administrative and data support to the team as required.

The role may also require you to understand State title conditions and explain identified issues clearly to relevant stakeholders.

Key Requirements

• Minimum a Diploma holders.
• Good command of English, with strong reading and comprehension skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Comfortable working with computer systems and learning new digital platforms.
• Prior experience in data retrieval, verification or data entry.
• Exposure to property administration, land records, legal administration, compliance, records management or government operations will be advantageous.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented and able to manage information accurately within stipulated timelines.
