Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse & Drumming Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, drumming activities, manpower, inventory movement and ensure smooth, safe and efficient operations in compliance with company procedures and GMP requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse and drumming operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Monitor receiving, storage, handling and movement of raw materials, finished goods and packaging materials.
• Supervise drumming, filling, labelling, packing and loading activities according to SOP and production requirements.
• Plan and allocate manpower according to daily operational requirements.
• Monitor stock accuracy, inventory movement and proper storage practices.
• Ensure warehouse and drumming areas are clean, organized and maintained according to GMP and safety requirements.
• Ensure all operations comply with company SOPs, safety procedures and quality requirements.
• Conduct routine checks on equipment, work areas and operational activities.
• Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, Logistics and other relevant departments to support daily operations.
• Monitor staff attendance, discipline, productivity and work performance.
• Prepare and maintain relevant warehouse and operational records.
• Identify operational issues and take appropriate corrective actions.
• Perform other duties assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Warehouse Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in warehouse, manufacturing, FMCG, edible oil or similar industrial environment.
• Experience in drumming, filling, packing or material handling operations will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control and workplace safety.
• Able to supervise and manage a team of operators/warehouse personnel.
• Good communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willing to work shifts, overtime or weekends when required.

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
