Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the organization's veterinary hospitals, medical services, facilities, promotions and other related offerings;
Plan and create marketing content for social media platforms, websites and other digital channels to increase brand awareness and customer engagement;
Develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, presentations and other promotional collaterals;
Manage and coordinate social media content, including content planning, creation, scheduling, publishing and responding to customer enquiries or messages;
Work closely with internal teams, including veterinary, customer service and operations teams, to identify and promote relevant services, campaigns and hospital activities;
Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, partners and other relevant parties to support marketing campaigns and promotional activities;
Identify and explore opportunities to participate in relevant events, exhibitions, fairs, community activities and other promotional events to increase awareness of the hospitals and services;
Coordinate and support the organisation's participation in external events, including event preparation, logistics, promotional materials and on-site activities;
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer needs and opportunities to promote the organisation's services;
Monitor and analyse marketing performance, social media engagement and campaign results to evaluate effectiveness and recommend improvements;
Prepare marketing reports and updates for management review;
Perform additional duties and special projects assigned by management

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
