Job Responsibilities:

1. Customer Onboarding

• Guide new customers through the onboarding process and welcome calls to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
• Provide product orientation to help customers maximize the value of our offerings.

2. Account Management

• Proactively monitor customer accounts to identify potential issues and address them promptly.
• Invite satisfied customers to promotional activities and events on a monthly basis.
• Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and keep customers updated on new features and enhancements.

3. Customer Retention

• Work towards customer retention and upsell opportunities by understanding customer goals and aligning our solutions with their objectives.

Job Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree holders with at least 1 year of working experience preferred.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Disciplined, positive attitude, outgoing personality, and ability to multitask.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail to ensure clients achieve desired results.
• Own transport is required as the role involves site visits to client locations.
• Languages required: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (proficiency in Mandarin is essential for communicating with Mandarin-speaking clients).

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
