Role Focus

You'll assist the team with key HR and recruitment activities, supporting candidate attraction, hiring coordination, and the onboarding of new team members. You'll gain insight into how growing teams manage recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and people development.

What You'll Do

• Assist with job postings and active candidate sourcing across various platforms
• Screen applications and efficiently coordinate interview schedules for the team
• Communicate with candidates professionally throughout the entire recruitment process
• Support onboarding, training, and internal team engagement activities
• Maintain recruitment records and monitor ongoing hiring progress
