Responsibilities

• Responsible for product introduction in stores.
• Deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of our customers through our communication channels (online & offline).
• Professionally handle inquiries and feedback pertaining to the company products and services from customers.
• Team cooperation to coordinate all aspects of operations.

Requirements

• Language(s) required: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Candidates must possess at least SPM.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
• No experience is required as training will be provided.
• No academic qualifications required.
• Clear logic and able to work independently.
• Responsible and Good Teamwork.
• Cheerful personality and good in communication.
• Willing to work on Monday to Saturday (8:30am-4:30pm).

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
