Responsibilities

(3 to 6 months contract)


Eskayvie is looking for an Regulatory & Quality Assurance Executive to support our Product & Regulatory team in ensuring our products, processes and documentation comply with regulatory, quality and ISO requirements.


What You’ll Be Doing


1) Regulatory Affairs:

  • Support product registration and regulatory compliance activities.
  • Review product labels, claims and product classification.
  • Support Halal certification and trademark-related matters.
  • Assist with foreign product registration and regulatory requirements.
  • Support regulatory documentation for OEM products.
  • Keep updated on relevant regulatory requirements and legislation.


2) Quality Assurance & Quality Control:

  • Maintain and update quality documentation and QMS records.
  • Support ISO 9001:2015 compliance and audit preparation.
  • Assist in managing quality complaints and CAPA processes.
  • Review supplier Certificates of Analysis (COA) against specifications.
  • Support laboratory testing for raw materials, in-process samples and finished products.
  • Support QC release and maintain product quality records.
  • Assist with calibration, sampling plans and retention sample management.
  • Monitor and report quality deviations and non-conformances.


3) Exportation:

  • Prepare and verify import/export documentation such as COA, MSDS and Free Sale Certificate.
  • Support compliance with customs, MITI, MAQIS and other relevant agency requirements.
  • Coordinate with logistics, suppliers and forwarders on shipment documentation.
  • Assist with overseas product registration where required.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in quality management, regulatory affairs or a related field.
  • Experience in food, nutraceutical or pharmaceutical industries will be an advantage.
  • Good understanding of ISO 9001:2015, QA/QC, regulatory compliance and document control.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Well-organized with good attention to detail.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Resourceful, dependable and able to work collaboratively with different teams.
