Job Summary

You will provide prompt, empathetic customer support by responding to inquiries via email, calls, and online chats, helping to ensure high customer satisfaction and supporting marketing outreach.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to email inquiries from the public and members to resolve their requests clearly and efficiently
• Call members when needed to clarify and understand their requests for better service delivery
• Attend to online chat and social media inquiries to provide timely assistance and maintain customer engagement
• Support marketing campaigns by making outbound calls to potential or existing customers
• Use computer, cloud, and mobile applications effectively to manage customer interactions and information

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Ability to speak other local languages to enhance communication with diverse customers
• Have a valid class 3/3A/2B/2A/2 driving license will be an advantage
• Basic proficiency in office computing applications to assist with administrative tasks

Tribecar is an on-demand, car-sharing service. Members of our service can use their smartphone to gain access to Tribecar's cars that are parked at over 1300 convenient locations in Singapore. Our car sharing service is accessible to these members 24 x 7, with no minimum booking length.
