Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop and deliver compelling proposal to secure new accounts

• Assist in researching target customer segments to identify and pursue new business

• Facilitate of key account activities, aligning internal & external parties to optimize operational efficiency

• Foster client relationships by proactively addressing needs and achieving clients' satisfaction

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above in Business Administration, Project Management or related field

• 1-2 year experience in project coordination, client engagement or related role

• Excellent organizational and communication skills with keen attention to detail

• Strong team player with the ability to work independently

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, e.g. Word, Excel & PowerPoint
