About the Role

MELTKIES is looking for an energetic and customer focused Part Time Promoter to join our team at The Food Merchant @ Pavilion Bukit Jalil. In this role, you will introduce customers to our freshly baked cookies, provide friendly and attentive service, actively drive sales, and help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting kiosk environment..

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers with a friendly and approachable attitude.
• Promote and recommend MELTKIES products to customers.
• Drive sales by confidently introducing products and encouraging purchases.
• Conduct product sampling while providing an enjoyable customer experience.
• Assist customers with enquiries and process purchases efficiently.
• Replenish product displays to ensure an attractive presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and housekeeping of the kiosk.
• Follow all standard operating procedures, food safety, and hygiene guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Previous promoting experience is an advantage
• Training will be provided
• Friendly, outgoing, and customer service oriented
• Confident in engaging customers and driving sales
• Responsible, punctual, and hardworking
• Able to work in a fast paced environment

Salary

• Monday to Friday: RM90 per day
• Saturday & Sunday: RM108 per day

Incentives

• Sales incentives included besides salary

Working Days

• Monday to Sunday (Flexible, commitment can be either weekdays or weekends)

Working Hours

• Sunday to Saturday: 12:00PM to 10PM (1 hour break)
