Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English to provide excellent customer support and ensure a positive customer experience. The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other support channels.
• Provide professional and timely assistance in Bahasa and English.
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions or escalate when required.
• Process customer requests, complaints, feedback, and service-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update relevant systems.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Meet assigned KPIs and service-level targets, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer focus at all times.

Requirements

• Fluent in Bahasa or Mandarin with good English communication skills.
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
• 1–3 years of customer service, contact center, BPO, or related experience is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also be considered.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other customer service tools.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
