JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterinary Doctor to provide professional veterinary care, with a focus on cats and other small animals. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting health assessments, diagnosing medical conditions, providing appropriate treatment, and advising pet owners on proper animal care. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, and training or guidance will be provided where necessary.

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s Degree in Veterinary Medicine or a related field.

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

- Valid registration or eligibility to practise as a veterinary doctor is preferred.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Compassionate, responsible, and committed to animal welfare.

- Able to work independently and as part of a team.

- Willing to learn and handle cats and other small animals.

- Previous experience in veterinary practice is an advantage but not required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Conduct general health assessments and physical examinations.

- Diagnose medical conditions and recommend suitable treatment plans.

- Provide vaccinations, deworming, preventive care, and routine treatments.

- Perform minor procedures and assist with surgeries when required.

- Prescribe and administer medications appropriately.

- Advise pet owners on animal health, nutrition, hygiene, and general care.

- Maintain accurate medical records and treatment histories.

- Ensure the safety, cleanliness, and welfare of animals during treatment.

- Support the daily operations of the veterinary clinic.
