Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations
• Ensure guests are happy with their food and service by asking for their feedback
• Follow health and safety rules to keep the restaurant clean and in good standing
• Manage food quality and safety.
• Order supplies while staying within budget
• Make staff schedules and track employee work hours
• Train new and current staff on customer service and restaurant procedures.

Requirements:

• Good command in both. English and Cantonese
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Can start work immediately – an advantage.
• Service-focused, with good leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Outgoing and energetic. Able to handle multiple tasks under pressure
• Basic computer skills

• 具良好英語及廣東話溝通能力

• 具 2 年或以上相關管理經驗

• 可即時到職者優先考慮

• 以服務為本，具備良好的領導才能、解決問題及決策能力

• 性格開朗、有活力，能在壓力下同時處理多項任務

• 具備基本電腦操作知識
